Swiss "MASTER" and Dune "PLAYERS"

I'm  just back from a trip with Melanie and the girls! We where in Stans CH for the swiss nationals and then we went at the Dune to play waggas for hours and hours!

I did a really good comp under my Litespeed RS 3.5 as I came 2nd at each of the 3 tasks! I ended first overall in front of very good pilots under flex and rigid wings! Beside the comp, we flew every day and we stayed with the french team in a great little house "tipically swiss" with cows as neighboors! Every body loved it!!

 The Dune was one more time very sweet with us and the wind was almost perfect every days! So lucky!

LE NID at the Coupe Icare 2011

It was lots of work to make it possible, but finaly, the Nest took off at the Coupe Icare!!

It was a great moment that we share with all the Family! Melanie flew on her own just before us three! It was Lots of emotions!!

Alpes du Sud

Here is a little slide show of the best shoots I get after spend 3 days flying around St André les Alpes!

3 flights and something like 600 km and more than 15 hours in the sky! In this period of heat wave It was pretty "cool" up there!

The Buzzard 17.4: Acro wing from Skyline

Just back from Italy, the weather is perfect at home for a little test flight on the new acro glider from Skyline; the Buzzard 17.4m !

Strong Lift and 500 m of gain every 10 min, Perfect to play with this new toy!

The wing is amazing, really fun and fast! The brake range is quiet long and the brake pressure high, Deep stall is easy to keep straight! Helicos are superfast but very stable. The Sat manouever is amazingly centrifugating! I thought I was loosing my brain ;-) The global handling of the wing is really forgiving so I always feel confident under(or above) it in any configuration! I'm looking forward for more sessions!
